Since starting work in November, here is an up-to-date list of our illnesses that we've had in the Reetz house. ;(

1 Staph Infection-Ris
1 Staph Infection-Jax (his was pretty bad)
1 Walking Pneumonia-Ris
3 different cases of Double Ear Infections for Jax
1 Sinus Infection-Ris
2 Colds-Ris and Jax
1 Stomach Flu-Jax
1 Stomach Flu-Ris
1 Sinus Infection-Jax

and now we all have another set of colds...including Scotty!

It's time that we get a break! I am ready for the warm weather to come so that we can all get healthy again!

Introducing Jax's BIG BOY bed!!!

Grandma Debbie bought this bed for Jax when he was only a few months old and it's been sitting in boxes in her garage for almost two years now! For Jax's 2nd Birthday we decided it was time for the crib to go. Grandpa Harlan and Daddy spent about 3 hours building the bed...I don't think I have ever seen so many boxes and pieces for ONE bed!

Happy 2nd Birthday baby boy!

Wow...two years? I have no idea where that time has gone. It seems like just yesterday that we were bringing our little 10.6 pound baby home from the hospital. :)

In the past two years Scott and I have learned a whole new level of love (and patience!). We feel so incredibly blessed to have such a sweet, funny, energetic, smart, and adventureous little boy.

Mom, Scotty and I took Jax to see Santa today at Washington Square! :) Jax loved Santa...he kept looking at him, smiling, and then would say "You're funny!" (which is one of his favorite lines to these days). This will be Jax's 2nd Christmas and we are so excited this year. He loves all the lights on the tree, is trying to open the wrapped presents, and says "Ho, Ho, Ho" when he sees anything with Santa on it. So.cute!

It's been a LONG week...

Jax and I were both diagnosed with Staph infections earlier this week. Mine has responded really well to the antibiotics...but Jax's wasn't responding at all. He ended up forming a large boil on his bottom that was causing him major pain, a fever, and swelling. :( He felt horrible from Wednesday-Saturday...it was so hard for us to see him in so much pain. He could barely walk, refused to sit (would only stand up or lay down), would scream if we even went near his bottom, etc.

I took him to the doctor on Tuesday and they confirmed it was Staph and put him on Bactrim. By Friday, things were getting much worse so I took him BACK in and they ended up having to switch him to a stronger antibiotic and drain the boil for him. He screamed, I cried, and the doctor and nurse thought he was the sweetest thing ever since he kept saying "I'm sorry" through his tears. :( It was the hardest thing I have done so far as a Mom...I had to help hold him down and hearing him yell "mommy!!!" was incredibly heartbreaking since there was nothing I could do. :(

He has slowly improved since Friday night...

Today is the first day that I feel like he is really getting better. It is such a huge relief. He has been more active, is walking better, actually sitting every once in awhile, etc. His little bum is still a little hard and sore but I am hoping that it will get better each day. We have a follow up appointment tomorrow with Dr. Ames at Oregon Pediatric.

Jax decided it was ok to be a lion for Halloween! He even got the whole "roaring" thing down for the event!

He loved Trick-or-Treating! It took him a few doors to get the concept of saying "Trick-or-Treat" but he loved that people were giving him candy. :) When they would only give him one piece, he would say "more!?". He was very good at saying "please" and "thank you" too. :)

He also loved just hanging out at Grandma Debbie's and saying Hi to all the kids that came to her door. :)

We haven't wanted to push the issue of potty training but Jax has been totally into it lately! He tells us when he has to go "ickies" and goes running into the bathroom. We bought him an Elmo potty seat that he loves and we just had night two of going #1 AND #2 in the potty!!!

It's so funny to me to get excited about something like this...but it's so much fun to see Jax so proud of himself and yell "YAY!" when he is done! :)

Scott got tonights potty adventure on video but I will spare you the show. :)

Lion vs. Fireman???!!!

Well, we bought Jax a lion costume for Halloween but so far he HATES it. :( He won't even keep it on for more than a minute! :(

but...

he recently decided that he loves wearing this fire helmet that he got for his 1st birthday! We also have a super cute rain jacket that Uncle Alan and Aunt Corina got him for his birthday that just now finally fits him really well...and then, Mom and I found these great rain boots at Target last night!

So...I think we may have a little fireman on our hands for his 2nd Halloween! :)

I think he is pretty darn cute!!!

Jax found this package of diapers in his closet and came running out to Scotty and I this morning saying "MOTORCYCLE!!!"! He then proceeded to try and climb on top of it so that he could "ride" it. After a few minutes of laughing, I finally helped him get on for a ride...

The imagination that he has always amazes us... :)

We took Jax out to Liepold Farms Pumpkin Patch today. He had soooo much fun playing in the corn box, riding bikes, going down the slide, looking at all the tractors, going on a hay ride, walking through all the pumpkins, etc! The Boring Fire Department was also there so he got to see the fire trucks too! Here are some pictures from our adventure. :)

Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk...

We participated in the Portland Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk this morning in honor of my Dad and other family members impacted by this disease. Our team, Gators Chompin for a Cure, raised over $4000 which is awesome!!! It was a rainy, chilly morning but we had a great time! A huge thank you to everyone who donated towards this cause and to our friends, Tami/Gerry/Dani, Kristina, and Tiff/Marlee who walked with us! What an incredible way to honor Grandpa Bill!

Animals: Duck (and he says Quack Quack), Cow, Elephant (this one is really funny!),

Sayings: "Ready, Set, Go!"

He know does "If you're happy and you know it" and can clap, stomp his feet, and yell "Hooray!". :)

He LOVES hugging lately...it's beyond cute! He will walk up to you and say "Hug" and he gives you a HUGE hug...I love it!!!

He has started giving Eskimo kisses too...another mommy favorite. It sounds like "eckamo" when he says it but it's pretty darn cute!

His favorite songs for Mommy to sing are "If you're happy and you know it", "The Itsy Bitsy Spider", and the ABC's. :)

60 years together...what an amazing accomplishment in life and love. We feel so very blessed to have such amazing Grandparents. Their love for each other and our family is something to be celebrated. We had so much fun spending time together on their recent trip to Portland.

Jax earned his SUPER FLOAT award at swim today! :) This means that he can fall into the pool (or be pushed by mom...sorry Jax!), go under, float back up to the top, and stay on his back for a full 5 minutes...all while completely clothes...shoes and all! :) We are so very proud of this amazing accomplishment! He has been in swim lessons at Swim Babes since he was 4 months old...and at only 18 months, I know that if he accidently fell into a pool that he would know how to survive! WAY TO GO JAX...Mommy and Daddy are so proud of you. :)

Here is a funny story:

Scott put Jax down for bed the other night. He was taking forever to come out of his room so I finally went in to check on them and this is what I found! Scott was snoring and Jax was totally content having Daddy in his bed with him! Moments like this melt this mama's heart! :)

We have quite the talker on our hands (he must get that from Daddy!). :)

Let's see if I can name all of his words. These are all words that he uses on a regular basis and knows the meaning of. He is also very good at repeating words back at us if we ask him too!

Names:
Mama, Mommy, Dada, Daddy, Poochie, Baylee, Uncle, Auntie

He can say Grandpa too but it isn't super clear yet...Grandma still sounds like "mama"

Food:
Apple, banana, gish (Goldfish), cheese, turkey, baba (bottle)

Ones that we can understand but are still a little unclear: strawberry and blueberry

We are currently working on water, which he can say but hasn't said it to actually ask for it when he wants it.

Animals:
Horse, gish (his version of fish)

Vehicles:
Airplane, tractor, boat, truck

He says fire truck but it's one that only a few of us can understand. :)

Misc:
Ball, up, down, hi, bye, bath (if we say this word he RUNS to the tub...he loves bath time!), hot, balloon (still ones of his favorte things), bubble, walk, moon, sunshine, ocean, park, blanket, baby

Phrases:
love you (this is my favorite by far!) and all done

oh and course Imma Be should be on this list. :)

Memorial Day Weekend!

We went camping at Detroit Lake with Scott's family last weekend. :) Jax had so much fun exploring, sitting by the campfire (I can't even begin to count how many times we heard the word "hot" this weekend!). We took him out on Grandpa Harlan's boat and he got to go "GISHING" (Jax's version of fishing!).

Jax had his 15 month appointment on Thursday! He is now 23.2 pounds and 31.8 inches long! Dr. Hadeed was very impressed with all of his words...he said most 15 month olds have about 2-5 words they use on a regular basis...Jax is up to about 20! His latest words are socks, B-O-O-M, and NO!!! :)

One of his favorite outings right now is going to the park...he LOVES to play in the bark...which makes for a great time of getting splinters out afterwards. :( Here are a few pictures of him at Pfeiffer Park in Clackamas. :)

We celebrated your first birthday on January 9, 2009! The party was a fire truck theme and you had about 40 people there to celebrate with you...including your Great-Grandma Mama Ree and Great-Grandpa Papa Harold who flew all the way from Florida!!!

You got a ton of great presents including your wagon (from Grandma Shirley and Grandpa Lloyd), an old-fashioned ride-on fire truck from Grandma Debbie and Warren, a ride-on Little People fire truck from Uncle Wade, etc. You also got a ton of clothes which was perfect because you are growing SOOOO fast!Happy Birthday Baby! We love you!

Jax has been army crawling for a couple of months now but in the past week or so he has actually been CRAWLING! :) So much fun! Here is a video clip (just click on the play button!).

Oh...I mentioned crawling is fun...it's also DANGEROUS! Jax got his first official bruise today. :( He crawled straight into one of our bar stools. :( Silly boy!

Hi! :) I've heard rumors that I am getting complaints regarding my lack of posting! :( Sorry...life is crazy lately plus Jax LOVES to type on my computer when it is open which makes it hard to do anything!!!

Anyway, all is well at the Reetz household. :) Jax is doing great...he is officially a movin' machine and army crawls ALL over our house! He is also pulling himself up on everything which means this mama has to keep a VERY close eye on our little man!!!

Jax's 4 Month Stats! :)

Hi everyone. :)

Here's an update on Mr. Jax! We had his 4 month appointment last week: he is now 17 pounds 13 ounces and 26 inches long!!! He is in the 97 percentile for both height and weight which means he is a very HEALTHY and BIG boy! :)

He is a busy little guys these days. :) He now rolls from back to belly both to the right AND left, loves to giggle (he is VERY ticklish!), is starting to really grab/play with his toys, loves to chat back and forth with you, loves to jump and play in his jumperoo, LOVES being outside, laughs and smiles when you sing or read to him, etc. He is also still a great sleeper....goes to bed at 9pm, wakes up at 6:30 for a bottle, then goes back to sleep until 9:30am (I have no idea how we got so lucky!).

Happy St. Patrick's Day and 2 Month Appt Update!!!

First, Jax says "HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!!!" :)

No pinchin' allowed! I've got my green on! :)

We had his 2 month appointment yesterday! :) He is up to 14 pounds 11 ounces, which is in the 97th percentile of kids (our doctor said bascially if you take a group of 200 babies, that Jax would be one of the heaviest for his age)...it's good to know he is maintaining his "chunky monkey status"!!! He is now 23 1/2 inches long, so he has grown 2 full inches since birth! He had to get two shots and an oral vaccine....the shots were NOT fun for him (or me!)...but he seemed to get over it pretty quick. All-in-all, it was a good appointment. Our doctor said he is a very healthy little boy! :)

Dear Jax,

Today you are TWO MONTHS OLD!!! Time is flying by so quickly! The past two months have been so much fun for us...and you are changing everyday. :) We live for your smiles and can't wait to hear you laugh for the first time (you are getting soooo close!). Jax is almost TWO months old!! I really don't know where the last 2 months went...it's pretty crazy! He is still a wonderful, laid-back, happy little boy who makes us happier than I ever could have imagined. :) He is now sleeping from 11pm-7am, has a bottle, and goes back to sleep until around 10am (usually)...Scotty and I are LOVING getting our normal sleep again! :) Most days he is awake from about 10am-1pm and then off and on throughout the afternoon/evening. He loves to watch us make funny noises with our mouths, tolerates tummy time, now enjoys swinging in his swing, LOVES bath time, likes to look at books when mommy reads to him, and is starting to show interest in some of his toys. :) We have his 2 month appt next Monday at 2pm, I will post an update on his "stats" once we got home! :)

Jax had his 2 week check-up today! All went well....other than him having to get a needle prick on his poor little foot. :(

Here is his up-to-date weight:
1/14/09: 10.6
1/16/09: down to 9.4 :(

1/23/09: 9.13 and a 1/2

Today: 10.12!!! Way to go Jax! :)

Ok, I keep getting requests for more pictures...so here ya go! :)

His umbilical cord stump fell off today so at some point Scotty and I will attempt his first bath! :) I will be sure to get pictures of that adventure too!

We are all doing really well. :) Jax is a very laid-back baby (so far at least) and loves to eat, sleep, and make fun diaper messes for mommy and daddy to clean up! He has been very alert the past few days and is awake from at least 9am-noon everyday! He has also been great about sleeping in his crib at night which we are very thankful for. :)

Be sure to check back tomorrow as we have his 2-week check up so I will update his current weight...which I am 99% sure will be well over 10 pounds! :)

Jax is 1 week old today!! :) He is now back up to 9lbs 6oz (so we are slowly going back up which is a very good thing). He has been wonderful...even the doctor commented on how "laid back" he is. :) The last two nights he has also slept really well (which means that this mama also gets to sleep!). So...all is well at the Reetz household! We are so thankful and happy to have our little boy home with us...he makes us laugh everyday and I keep falling deeper in love each time I hold him!

We made it home from the hospital this morning around 10am!!! I feels soooooo good to be here....I was starting to go stir-crazy at the hospital (not to mention the fact that my back was KILLING me from the hospital bed!). As soon as we got home, I got to take a 2 hour nap in my own bed which was pure heaven!

Jax also had a really great day! :) He did so good at all of his feedings and even took a nap in his crib for the first time!!! He also got to experience his swing which he also seems to love. Both mommy and daddy got peed on for the first time today...looks like we have a little "jokester" on our hands! :)

I do have to call his doctor tomorrow to make his first doctors appointment. He has lost a little too much weight already so we are having to monitor him pretty close. As of Friday he had dropped from 10.6 pounds to 9.4. :( However, they did weigh him again last night and he is back up to 9.57 so at least we are on our way back up. :)

Well, that the latest with us. :) He is a wonderful little guy who rarely cries and seems happy and content with everyone he has been around. We are so in love and lucky to have him as our son!!!

Introducing Jaxon Tyler Reetz!

We are so excited to introduce you to the newest member of our family! :) Jaxon Tyler Reetz was born at 7:09pm on Wednesday, Jan 14th via c-section. He is HUGE....10 pounds 6 ounces and 21 1/2 inches long! His size is the reason that we ended up in a c-section! After trying to dilate for over 12 over, I never got beyond 3/4 centimeters and his head was not dropping so Dr. Pew made the decision to do the surgery.

The nurses are currently laughing at me seeing that it is only 5am and I have already been out of bed twice and was able to walk around this last time! :) They said most people don't even attempt to get out of bed until 15-24 hours after surgery...

Jaxon has been perfect so far! The only time we have heard his little cry was when he was born...other than that he has been sleeping and nursing (which is also going really well so far!).

Well, I haven't had a single contraction so it looks like this little boy will be born sometime tomorrow (thanks to medical intervention). I am feeling pretty good today...my swelling is really bad but other than that I had a really nice day. Scott's mom is down here so we spent the day getting our nails and toes done, went to lunch, walked around the mall for a bit and then I came home and took about an hour nap. We are now waiting for Scotty to get home from work and plan on going out to dinner and relaxing until it's 11:30 (which is when we need to leave for the hospital).

The plan for tonight is to check in at 12am, they will then monitor Jaxon for the first hour to make sure he is happy and content, and then they will give me my first dose of Cirvidil (to start softening my cervix). It sounds like I will also get a sleep aid in hopes that I can get a few hours in before they start the Pitocin first thing tomorrow morning. Dr. Pew is hoping that Jax will be here sometime tomorrow afternoon or evening. :)

Wish us luck! I am very excited and a little nervous (my pain tolerance SUCKS...and yes, I am more than willing to admit that!). I do plan on having an epidural but am hoping to be able to tolerate the contractions for a bit on my own. I am so looking forward to seeing and holding our little boy!!! :)

We will try our best to keep everyone updated as things progress tomorrow and will post pics ASAP. Thank you for all your love and support, it means the world to us.

I just got home from my 39 week appt...all-in-all it was good...painful but good. Jax's heart beat is still strong and steady, my blood pressure was great, and I decided I no longer want to know how much weight I have gained since I am sure 1/2 of it is from massive water retention at this point! Anyway, due to my swelling and the fact that "my bump can't get any bigger" (according to Dr. Pew) she set an induction date of January 14th! She did strip my membranes (it was VERY painful) today which can get labor started but if I don't have him before next Tuesday, we will go into the hospital at midnight on the 13th and they will start inducing first thing on Wednesday morning!!! I am sooooo happy to know that there is an end in sight...the swelling is getting so uncomfortable on top of not being able to sleep anymore! She did say that I could start taking Tylenol PM to help me sleep so I am going to try that tonight!

Wish us luck! :) I am so excited to meet our little boy!! :)

Here is a picture of my lovely feet after walking around in Costco with Scotty yesterday...not fun! :( This is definitely my worst symptom at this point...it hurts to walk! Come on Baby Jax...it's time to come out so that mama can have normal feet again!!! Ugh!!!

38 1/2 week update...

First and most important...nope, Jax isn't here yet! The funny "just wanted to say Hi" calls are starting to come in so I thought it was time to post an update... :)

At our 38 week appointment (last Tuesday) I was 1cm dilated and still about 50% effaced. Everything with both Jax and I still looks great...good blood pressure, steady heart beat for him, my belly measurement was right at 38 weeks, etc. I am starting to get pretty uncomfortable though...he is definitely "dropping" as I notice that I am constantly pulling my shirts down during the day to cover my belly! My feet/ankle swelling is also getting worse by the day...I can't wait for the day when I can actually see the bones in my feet again! Sleeping is also starting to get really interesting...getting in and out of bed is like an Olympic event! :) BUT...other than those few things, I am doing really well. I am just ready to have and meet this little boy!

For fun, we have started a "When will Jax arrive?" game! If you have a prediction for his arrival date (and his weight/length) email me and I will add it to the list! :) Here is the list so far:

36 Weeks! Only 4 weeks to go!!! :)

Just a quick update...we had our 36 week appointment today. :) Everything still looks great with both Jax and I. :) My blood pressure was perfect, my belly measured at 37 weeks (a little ahead still), and his heartbeat was strong and steady! Dr. Pew also did an "internal" exam today and it looks like I am about 50% effaced and a half centimeter dilated which is right on track for 36 weeks. I have had two different bouts of uncomfortable cramping (that last about an hour) but she is also said that it is completely normal and that it is just my uterus getting ready to do it's thing. :)

So...it looks like everything is still right on track. :) I would love for Jax to come a little early as I am starting to get uncomfortable and sleeping is just not happening these days but it is out of my hands at this point! Plus, Scott would probably be a nervous wreck...he is being so funny about having him stay inside of me until at least his due date...oh...and he would love for Jax to be about 10 pounds so that he "knows" that he is healthy! I keep reminding him that he isn't the one that has to give birth to our little one so I would greatly appreciate him not wishing a 10 pound baby upon us! :)

Scott always wonders why I have such a hard time sleeping at night...well...this is why!!! :) Right when I lay down to go to bed, baby Jax thinks it's playtime! So...for your viewing pleasure! :)

I also had my 34 week appointment today...everything is going really well so far. :) My blood pressure was perfect, my belly measurement was right at 34 weeks, his heartbeat was steady and strong, and I have now gained a total of 24 pounds. He is also still head down which is right where he should be at this point! :)

Well, after THREE, yes THREE attempts at our 3d ultrasound...here is what we ended up with. I even took out ultrasound tech flowers today for being so patient with us (well, him)!!!

We have learned a couple things about our little guy so far: 1. He is very stubborn 2. He is a little chunkster! 3. He LOVES to play with his toes!!! 4. He likes to wave his hands in front of his face. :)

First attempt at a 3D ultrasound...

I have a little TURKEY inside of me!!! :(

We had a 3D ultrasound this past Saturday that Scott and I have been soooo excited for! For those that don't know what it is, it's an ultrasound that allows you to pretty much see your baby on the inside...baby Reetz had other plans though. The ENTIRE ultrasound (45 minutes) he was playing with his toes right in front of his face so we were not able to see him at all! :( We tried everything to get him to move into a different position...the tech had me eat candy, drink apple juice, lay on my side, get up and walk around...but NOTHING would get him to stop playing with his feet! :( While that is very cute, Mommy really wanted to see his little face. The tech did say that she could tell that he has a little "button nose" and "chubby cheeks". :) We also got many views of his little butt and "goods" thanks to the position he was in...he is most definitely a little boy who is very proud to show off his male anatomy! :)

The tech is letting us come back this Saturday at 10am so please hope that our little guy is willing to show us his face this time...Mommy and Daddy are so anxious to see what he looks like! :) I am hoping that next weekend I will have some pictures to post of him!

Thanks to Scotty (and Steven!) the nursery is starting to come together! :) So far we have painted, put in an awesome closet organization system, and built the crib and changing station! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE how everything is coming together! :) Here are some pics...we still have some decorating to do but I am very excited about our progress so far!

My current stats are:
+Weight Gained: 14 pounds (which my doctor said is perfect!)
+Belly Measurment: at my last appt it was 29 cm from the top to the bottom of my baby bump...also perfect...well, actually a little ahead of the schedule but I think that this little boy is going to be a BIG baby!
+I passed my Gestional Diabetes test (thank God!)...if I didn't pass I would have had to to the three hour test which consists of FOUR blood draws within 3 hours...my worst nightmare!
+Baby Reetz is already head down which is great! :)
+His heart rate is still between 147-150...very steady and healthy! :)

We received the most beautiful baby rattle I have ever seen at our shower in Burlington. Scott's Uncle Jerry made us a wooden baby rattle that is simply amazing! I cannot believe the time and effort he put into it (he said it took about 10 hours to make!). Anyway, I wanted to share it with everyone because it is so unique and pretty...it is something that our little boy will LOVE and we will hold onto forever! A huge thank you to Jerry for making this amazing and incredibly thoughtful gift...

We had our first baby shower this past weekend in Burlington! :) Maree, Lori, Tina, and Scott's mom (soon-to-be GRANDMA!) hosted the party...and I must say they did an amazing job! The food and cake were yummy, the games were fun, and we received many awesome gifts from Scott's mom's side of the family! :)

One of the funny games the guys had to play was putting a cloth diaper on a teddy bear...it was really entertaining to see them hard at work! :) Here are some pics from it:

The Name Debate...!!!

How do you pick a name for your child???!!! It is such a hard decision to make! From the beginning, we have had two front-runners....

Jaxson Tyler (we would call him JT)
Andrew (Drew) William

It's really important to me to honor my Dad in our son's name...both of the above do so in different ways. :)

We love the name Jaxson (which btw...Scott has been calling him Jax for a couple of weeks now but won't actually give me a yes/no if that will be his name or not!). My Dad LOVED Jax Beach, FL...it is where he moved back to after leaving Oregon. He loved being close to his family there, loved the beaches, loved the sun, the great Southern food, the country club that he grew up on/worked at, etc. It is also where we spread part of his ashes, he loved being near/in the water so it just felt right to let him go at one of his favorite surfing spots there. Naming our first son after the place that he loved so much would also be a way (in my mind) to continue honoring him and the man he was...an amazing person and dad.

Jaxson (well, Jackson) is also my Grandpa's middle name...he too is a wonderful man with a heart of gold...so I also love the ties that we have there. :)

With Andrew William...well, we both just like Drew for a name and William was my Dad's formal name. :)

It's such a hard decision...I guess we may have to wait until he is born to decide if he looks like a JT or Drew to us. :) Or...I guess there is always the possibility of us coming up with another name before then too!!! AHHH!!!

The world of Baby Reetz at 25 weeks!

Here's what going on with Baby Reetz at 25 weeks!

Head to heels, our baby now measures about 13 1/2 inches. His weight is about a pound and a half and he's beginning to exchange his long, lean look for some baby fat. As he does, he wrinkled skin will begin to smooth out and he'll start to look more and more like a newborn. He's also growing more hair — and if you could see it, you'd now be able to discern its color and texture.

25 Week Appointment Update!

I had my 25 week appointment yesterday! :) All is well with our baby boy! His heartbeat was going strong at 147 bpm and he is measuring (well, I guess I am measuring) right on time! My next appointment is at the end of October...and then after that one, I start going every TWO weeks instead of once a month!!!

I have been experiencing some major water retention lately which is very annoying. By the end of the day, it looks like I do not have ankles anymore! :( My doctor said that it is completely normal and to simply watch my salt intake, drink plenty of water, and make sure I put my feet up for at least a couple hours a day. Fun, fun... :)

On an exciting note...Scott and I have been feeling him a TON lately! I think he is practicing to be a soccer player or football kicker! He thinks it is pretty funny to wake me up every morning around 5:30-6:00am tossing/turning and kicking! I actually woke Scotty up the other morning to feel him because there is no way I could have slept through any of it!!! He is also very active after I eat/drink anything and right when I am trying to go to bed. :) I love being able to feel him...it really is an amazing thing!
